The Ottawa Police services will host an official flag raising
ceremony to commemorate the Transgender Day of Remembrance.
The ceremony will be held at the Ottawa Police headquarters, 474 Elgin st..
*Note: This is the first time a Canadian police force will hold an
official ceremony to commemorate TDoR.

Saturday 20 November at 1:00 P.M., a Southern Magnolia, donated by PFLAG Richmond, will be dedicated as a memorial to all those lost to anti-transgender violence, on the South lawn of the Gay Community Center of Richmond.
Saturday 20 November at 7:30 P.M. a candlelight vigil will be held at the downtown campus of the University of Richmond.
